Welcome to Tax Help Center LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our tax preparation and related financial services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Tax Help Center LLC provides tax preparation, tax planning, and other related financial services. We do not provide legal or investment advice. Our Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Clients are responsible for reviewing all tax returns and documents before submission.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for our Services will be disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is due before filing tax returns unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect client information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for safeguarding access to their own sensitive data.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the Service in question.

7. Accuracy and Compliance

We strive to provide accurate and compliant tax filings based on the information provided by clients. However, we do not guarantee IRS acceptance or audit protection. Clients are responsible for penalties resulting from inaccurate or omitted information.

8. Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Either party may terminate engagement at any time, subject to any outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
